Why is it so hard to find a public toilet in Europe?

Why is it so hard to find a public toilet in Europe?

It is said that around the time of the Korean War, Koreans were surprised by the small amount of feces produced by American soldiers, and Americans were surprised by the enormous amount of feces produced by Koreans’ small bodies.

The secret lies in the composition of the food.

Westerners who eat mainly meat are said to make about 5% of the food they eat into feces. 95% is broken down in the digestive system and absorbed as nutrients.
On the other hand, African natives who eat mainly rough vegetables make about 40% of their intake, and the traditional Korean diet, which is somewhere in between, makes about 20-30% of their food into feces.

Also, the time when you feel the need to defecate is when the colon of an adult fills up about 200g, but if you only eat meat, you have to eat about 20 times that, or 4kg of meat, to store 200g. Assuming that one serving of steak is 150~200g…?
That’s why Westerners who eat mainly meat have a long bowel movement cycle and small amounts. Isn’t this why it’s hard to find a public restroom when traveling in Europe?

Patients with constipation are advised to eat plenty of dietary fiber and water, and not hold it in. They
should keep to their cycle.
